Our customer care team is experiencing high volumes of contact. Please be patient while we address each inquiry. Although we are fulfilling orders as normal, if there is an issue with your order, we will inform you as soon as we know about it.
Logistics and delivery
Getting your box safely delivered to you is a huge priority. Right now our delivery services are currently operating as usual and we expect to get your delivery to you on time. If this changes, we will inform you as soon as we know or at least the day before your delivery.
