Ginger Follow
An herb used as a spice in cooking, a fragrance in soaps and cosmetics, and as medicine in dried, powdered, liquid, or oil forms. It is commonly used for motion sickness and prevention of upset stomach, gas, colic, and nausea. It may also be used by some people for pain relief from arthritis, chest pain, low back pain, and stomach pain.
